Persistent Cooling Issues with Hoover Refrigerator

I purchased a Hoover refrigerator from Carrefour SA in Istanbul, and I’ve faced issues since the first month. The fridge has consistently had cooling and water leakage problems. Despite multiple service calls and part replacements under warranty, the issues kept recurring. Now that the warranty has expired, the situation has worsened.
The vegetable crisper section is freezing all items, while the freezer works but the main cooling compartment has stopped functioning entirely. After unplugging it for three days, the problem persists. Additionally, the crisper shelf channels broke on their own, which I overlooked, hoping the fridge would at least work properly.
This refrigerator, bought with great difficulty by my mother on a widow’s pension, has caused endless frustration. Calls to customer service (most recently on December 7, 2024) only resulted in being told to contact the service center or pursue legal action.
Hoover, this is unacceptable. I demand a resolution, such as a replacement or repair, to address this long-standing issue. This level of unreliability and poor support damages the trust I had in your brand.
