Hoover Did Not Fix My US HMNG 7184AN Fridge Despite Multiple Service Visits

I’ve been having a problem with my Hoover fridge, model US HMNG 7184AN, that hasn’t been cooling right for nearly a year now. Even after five service visits, the problem is still not fixed. I found out that this model has a common thermostat issue, which I only discovered after dealing with it myself. I found out that a lot of folks in Turkey who got the same model with the same serial number are dealing with the exact same problem. I feel like I accidentally bought a broken product that really shouldn’t have been on the market at all. I thought I would get better follow-up and a solution after all those service calls, but I haven't made any progress. I’m asking Hoover to step up and take care of this product by providing a good solution.
