Mechanical Failure During Hoover Washer Setup
We got the Hoover washing machine we bought on April 3, 2023, at 10 a.m., and the service personnel put it together for us. But I saw that the drain hose wasn't all the way in the drain pipe because it was too short. Instead, it was hanging out. When I pointed this out, the staff said they had fixed it by securing the machine's feet to the ground. However, the machine still shook and moved during the spin cycle, which caused the short drainage hose to leak water all over our house. The lack of skill on the part of the service staff has caused us a lot of problems, and we are not happy with how they handled the situation. I think it's unethical for a well-known company like Hoover to hire people who aren't qualified and only make things worse for customers. Service workers should have fixed the machine's feet and found a way to deal with the short drainage hose, but they didn't. Because of this, our house got flooded, and our washing machine stopped working. I want to tell people who are thinking about buying a Hoover washing machine to think twice so they don't have the same problems we did.
