Hoover Delayed My Dryer Replacement Despite Approval and Gave No Update


I made the purchase of a 9-kilogram NFC dryer, which was a Hoover HLE C9LG-17, on November 24th, 2023. Unfortunately, the device was damaged in transit, which prompted me to make a request for a replacement, which was granted by the manufacturer. However, the new device remains in storage in the factory, and there is no indication that it will be shipped out. My frustration stems from the fact that every interaction I have with the service team includes a game of blame, which leaves me stuck in this absurd and hopeless cycle. Please find a solution to this problem as soon as possible. If it is not possible to send a new machine in a timely manner, a refund should be processed as soon as possible.
