Hoover Delayed My Dryer Replacement Despite Approval and Gave No Update
It was reported that the replacement was approved by Hoover for my dryer with serial number HLE H9A2TE-17 and 3110229222520545. However, even though a long time has passed, I have still not been informed about the fate of the machine. In fact, in my conversation with the customer representative on Tuesday last week, it was stated that it would leave the factory within the last week and would be delivered as soon as possible. I have not been able to use the machine since about August. In certain weather conditions, it gets cold and I become a victim just when the machine is needed. I request that I be informed about the status of the transactions and that my grievance be resolved by delivering the machine.
