Hoover HDP4149AMBC/1-S Washing Machine Door Defective On Delivery

On Saturday, October 25, 2025, the Hoover HDP4149AMBC/1-S washing machine I purchased from Amazon was delivered. During delivery, the machine’s door was completely open and would not close at all. I noticed that the door being open when the box was opened was unusual. Although there was no visible damage or scratch on the machine, the door simply wouldn’t close, so I haven’t been able to use the product. Additionally, the user manual was not included with the delivery—only the warranty certificate was provided. My Amazon order number is 406-3622536-7074751. I do not accept that the product was sent in a defective condition and request that my issue be resolved promptly by inspecting the product and delivering it in proper working condition.
