Hoover Dishwasher Basket Elevator Issue
I recently faced a malfunction with the basket elevator in my Hoover dishwasher. Upon contacting an authorized service through their official website, I provided detailed information, including pictures of the problematic part, through multiple interactions with the technical support team. However, despite charging a service fee, they left without addressing the issue. Although they assured me of bringing the required part and resolving the problem within a few days, my attempts to obtain information over a week were in vain. Eventually, I was informed that the part was unavailable and couldn't be sourced from the factory. My appliance is only 2-3 years old.
When I contacted Hoover customer service, they redirected me to another authorized service, offering no assistance. The alternative service took 10 days to respond. I've been handwashing dishes for almost a month now, and my regret for choosing Hoover products grows.

You have not responded yet. The technical service also mentioned that they couldn't provide information because they hadn't heard back from you. How long do I need to wait? Will it take more than a year, for example?
