Hoover Defective Washing Machine & Irresponsible Call Center
The washer we bought through Hepsiburada had a bearing and main board error within the first year. We requested service, and the technicians came, did some work as they wished, repaired it half-heartedly, and returned the device. It was faulty again shortly after, but we decided to use it until it broke down again within three months.
Now, we are requesting another service from Hoover customer services. However, they say they can't direct another service because the system automatically assigns the same service center. This service center is clearly incapable of making proper repairs. We asked customer services to escalate the issue to a supervisor or higher authority. Some representatives said to send an email, while others claimed there was no supervisor to contact.
From this experience, it seems that Hoover is doing nothing but deceiving and victimizing customers by showing the service to a few places with false statements to obtain a service qualification certificate. The other complaints on sikayetvar.com are the biggest proof of this.
