Hoover Dishwasher Gives Us A Saga of Endless Repairs
I think we made a big mistake when we chose a Hoover dishwasher. The stupid thing arrived broken, and to make matters worse, they keep sending us broken machines. After much thought, we gave up and asked for an exchange. We finally hear back after three weeks, which isn't exactly the quick service we were hoping for. We've been washing dishes by hand like it's the Middle Ages until now. It doesn't help to call Hoover for help. They delete our information and say they'll fix it in four business days, but surprise, it takes three weeks! It's clear that this company is NOT something you should buy. The service they give and the time of others don't seem to matter to them at all. Not to mention the verbal abuse you get when you call to check in. Stay away from Hoover like the plague; it will only make things worse!
