I Receive Only 65% Voucher for Broken Honor iPad 9 Screen Instead of Full Repair
I purchased an Honor iPad 9, and unfortunately, the screen cracked a short while ago. We sent the device to the official service center for repair, expecting a clear solution. However, we were informed that the screen replacement cost is extremely high, and instead of offering an actual repair or proper refund, they offered to return only 65% of the device’s value in the form of a store voucher. This is completely unacceptable for a relatively new product under warranty.
My spouse had already submitted a complaint, and we were told that the company would get back to us. But it has now been several days with no response at all. We feel ignored and misled. If this issue is not resolved promptly and fairly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
I am requesting one of two outcomes: either an affordable screen replacement using genuine parts or a full refund, not a partial store credit. I urge Honor to stand behind their products and offer real support to customers facing legitimate technical issues.
