I Face Severe Freezing On Honor Pad 9 While Watching YouTube Videos

I recently purchased an Honor Pad 9 tablet, and from the very beginning I noticed a major performance issue. Whenever I watch videos on YouTube.com.com at 480p or higher resolution, combined with playback speed 1.5x or above, the tablet freezes and stutters heavily. This makes it impossible to watch content smoothly at higher quality or faster speeds.

I specifically bought this tablet with the expectation of a smooth video experience, but instead I face constant lagging issues that make it frustrating and almost unusable for one of the most basic functions—video streaming. I tried multiple times to test it, but the problem occurs consistently under the same conditions.

This has left me deeply disappointed, as I invested in this device expecting better performance. Since the product cannot deliver its basic promise, I request a replacement with a model that does not suffer from this issue or another appropriate solution to restore my trust in the brand. I urge Honor to handle this problem promptly and provide a proper resolution.
