My Honor Pad 9 Is Stuck in a Reboot Loop After a Google Security Update


I’m extremely frustrated with my Honor Pad 9. After installing a Google security software update, I restarted the device as prompted. But instead of booting up normally, it entered a constant reboot loop—restarting over and over again without ever reaching the home screen.
Sometimes, it directs me to a system screen asking for actions I don’t understand or never had to deal with before. This issue clearly stems from a software failure, and it has rendered the tablet completely unusable.
This is becoming a common and very annoying problem with Android devices, especially when updates are pushed without proper testing. I trusted this device for daily productivity, and now I can’t use it at all.
Honor, I expect you to address this immediately. Fix the update, provide a proper repair or restore method, and give users a reliable way to recover their data. I paid good money for this tablet—I shouldn’t be stuck with a boot loop after a routine update.
