Hong Kong Vcreation Unauthorized Deduction Of ₱699

On November 1, 2026 at around 2:03 a.m., an amount of ₱699 was deducted from my GCash balance for a transaction to “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED / Simlocator” without my authorization. Previously, I had only agreed to a ₱1 payment, and I did not approve or intend any subscription or charge for ₱699. After seeing the notification from GCash, I contacted GCash support and they informed me that I needed to contact the merchant directly. I am therefore reaching out to state that I did not consent to this ₱699 payment and I consider this transaction unauthorized. I request that the full amount of ₱699 be refunded to my GCash account and that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my details be cancelled and blocked so that no further unauthorized charges are made.
