Hong Kong Vcreation Charged My GCash Account Without Permission

I am writing regarding an unauthorized transaction on my GCash online wallet. On November 1, 2026 at around 12:04 a.m., an amount of 699 was deducted from my GCash account for a transaction labeled "HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED / Hong Kong Vcreation cloud" even though I never gave any permission or authorization for this charge. I contacted GCash customer support about this issue and was informed that only the merchant can approve the refund. This is very frustrating because I did not initiate or consent to this transaction, and I do not have any direct relationship with this merchant. I request that the full amount of 699 be refunded back to my GCash wallet and that any future charges from this merchant be blocked from my account so that this does not happen again.
