Unauthorized MoventaAI Subscription Charge, Refund and Cancellation Request

On October 24, 2026 at around 3:10 pm, an unauthorized transaction for ₱699.00 was charged to my GCash account in favor of Starread Technology Limited / MoventaAI. The transaction appears to be related to a subscription, but I did not authorize, consent to, or intend to make this payment in any way. The merchant transaction number is AD209380655359411814. After noticing the charge, I contacted the merchant to request a refund and clarification, but I have not received any response so far. I also have a screenshot of the transaction details clearly showing the payment to Starread Technology Limited for ₱699.00 on October 24, 2026. I request that this unauthorized transaction be investigated urgently and that the ₱699.00 be refunded to me. I also ask that any related subscription or recurring payments linked to this merchant be cancelled so that no further unauthorized charges are made to my GCash account.
