Starread Technology Limited Deducted ₱699 Without My Consent

This morning I discovered that an unauthorized payment of ₱699 was taken from my GCash account by Starread Technology Limited. The GCash transaction record shows a payment of ₱699 on October 26, 2026 at 6:09 AM, with Merchant Transaction Number AD2114660551674896384 and GCash Reference Number 419701093. I did not authorize this transaction and I have never installed, subscribed to, or used any application, subscription, or service related to Starread Technology Limited. I have already contacted GCash customer support and requested assistance regarding this issue, but my request was refused and the matter remains unresolved. I am attaching the screenshot of the payment and transaction details to clearly show that this charge was made without my knowledge or consent. I respectfully request that this unauthorized transaction be fully investigated by both GCash and Starread Technology Limited and that a full refund of ₱699 be returned to my GCash wallet as soon as possible. I also ask that the exact source of this charge be identified and that any related subscription, account, or access, if created without my consent, be immediately cancelled to prevent any further unauthorized deductions from my account.
