Cancel MoventaAI Payments

On October 30, 2026, at around 2 p.m., an amount of 699 pesos was deducted from my GCash account for a MoventaAI / Starread Technology Limited transaction without my authorization or consent. I did not knowingly subscribe to any MoventaAI service and did not approve this specific payment. The attached GCash transaction record clearly shows the 699.00 payment to Starread Technology Limited. I consider this deduction unauthorized and unexpected. I request that this 699-peso transaction be fully refunded to my account and that any MoventaAI or Starread Technology Limited subscription or recurring payment linked to my GCash be immediately cancelled to prevent any future unauthorized charges. I kindly ask you to review this matter urgently and inform me in writing about the steps taken and the result of my refund request.
