GCash Refuses to Refund Unauthorized Payment to Hong Kong Vcreation

I am writing to report and dispute an unauthorized transaction made from my GCash wallet and to request a full refund. On 11-06-26 at 09:03:55 AM, an amount of ₱699.00 was deducted from my GCash wallet as a payment to “Hong Kong VCrea / Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited”, with Reference No. 454353846. I did not sign up for any service, subscription, or website related to this company, and I did not authorize this payment in any way. After seeing the deduction, I immediately contacted GCash support and explained that the transaction was unauthorized. However, I was told that I needed to talk directly to Hong Kong VCrea to request a refund. I find this unacceptable and unsafe, because the payment came from my GCash wallet and I relied on GCash to protect my account against unauthorized charges. I am requesting that GCash urgently investigate this transaction, recognize it as unauthorized, and process a full refund of ₱699.00 back to my GCash wallet. I also ask that you secure my account, explain how this was allowed to happen, and ensure I will not be charged again by this merchant in the future. I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction for your reference and I am ready to provide any additional information needed for your investigation. I kindly ask for your prompt action and a clear written update on the status of my refund and the security of my GCash account.
