Unauthorized GCash Payment to Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology

I discovered an unauthorized deduction of 699 from my GCash account for a payment to “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” on October 31, 2026 at 7:09:25 PM, with Merchant Transaction Number AD211648769388479488 and reference number 003956866. I have no relationship, agreement, or subscription with this company and I did not authorize this transaction in any way. I have already reported this issue to the GCash help center, but I am submitting this complaint because this transaction is clearly unauthorized and fraudulent from my side. I request that the amount of 699 be fully refunded to my GCash account and that this transaction be investigated so it does not happen again.
