Hong Kong Vcreation Unauthorized Transaction Of 699 in My Gcash Account

I recently discovered an unauthorized transaction on my GCash account in the amount of 699, paid to HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (shown as HONG KONG VCREA in the transaction details) on 2 November 2026. I did not make or authorize this payment, nor do I recall subscribing to or purchasing any service from this merchant. After noticing the charge, I contacted GCash and was informed that I also needed to report this issue directly to HONG KONG VCREA. I am therefore raising this complaint to clearly state that this transaction was not made by me and is unauthorized. I respectfully request a full refund of the 699 back to my GCash account and that my details be checked and secured so that no future charges can be made by HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED without my explicit consent. I ask that this unauthorized transaction be investigated and reversed as soon as possible.
