I discovered that 250 pesos was deducted from my Maya wallet this afternoon by a merchant named “Honghong QuXin Technology,” even though I have never purchased anything from this store and have never created any account or knowingly subscribed to any of their services. I did not authorize this payment in any way, and I have no prior relationship with this company. Since this charge was made without my consent, I request that the 250 pesos be fully refunded to my Maya wallet and that any possible subscription, recurring payment, or automatic charge linked to my details be completely canceled so that no further amounts are deducted in the future. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible, and I would like written confirmation when the refund has been processed and any subscription or automatic charging has been terminated.
