Today at around 10:00 PM, I received a text message stating: “Success! You paid ₱250.00 to Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited with Ref. No. 2026041419074101000940041731003 using Maya Wallet.” I am currently in Manila, Philippines, and this is the first time I have ever seen or heard of this company. I did not authorize any payment or subscription to Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited.
After noticing the charge of ₱250.00, I contacted Maya support and was advised to reach out directly to request cancellation of any recurring charges and a refund. Since I never knowingly subscribed to any service and did not provide consent for any recurring payment, I consider this transaction to be unauthorized.
I respectfully request a full refund of the ₱250.00 charged to my Maya Wallet and the immediate cancellation of any existing or future recurring charges associated with my account. I also ask for confirmation that no further deductions will be made without my explicit consent.
