PayMaya Unauthorized Charge By Hong Kong Quxin Technology

I recently discovered an unauthorized transaction of 250 made under the name “Hong Kong Quxin Technology” through my PayMaya account. I have never used or authorized any service, purchase, or subscription related to Hong Kong Quxin Technology, and I do not recognize this merchant at all. I noticed this charge just now and it is clearly not a payment I approved. I am currently waiting for a response from PayMaya regarding this issue, but I want to clearly state that this transaction is unauthorized. I have not recently used my PayMaya account on suspicious websites, unsafe apps, game top-ups, free trials, or unknown online stores that could justify such a payment. I request that this unauthorized transaction be fully investigated and that the amount of 250 be refunded to my account as soon as possible. I also expect the necessary security measures to be taken so that similar unauthorized charges do not happen again.
