I am writing to report unauthorized deductions made by HONG KONG QUXIN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED from my Maya account, even though I have never subscribed to any of their services.
The first unauthorized charge occurred on February 1, 2024, and the second one was deducted yesterday. Each time, an amount of 250 PHP was taken from my account without my consent or any prior notification.
I do not recognize any transaction or subscription with this company and have never knowingly agreed to any recurring payments. I have attempted to contact HONG KONG QUXIN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, but I have been unable to reach them or find any effective way to dispute these charges.
I respectfully request a full refund of all unauthorized deductions made by HONG KONG QUXIN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED from my Maya account and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment that may have been set up in my name without my consent. I also request that this matter be investigated and that I receive confirmation that no further charges will be made to my account.
