Dispute Over Repeated Unauthorized Hong Kong Quxin Charges on Maya Debit Card

I am writing to report and dispute two unauthorized charges made by “Hongkong Quxin Technology Limited” on my Maya debit card, even though I never subscribed to or knowingly purchased any product or service from this company. The charge description does not clearly indicate what specific app, subscription, or service it is related to, yet I was still billed.

The first unauthorized charge of ₱250 was deducted from my Maya debit card on February 14, 2026, and a second charge of ₱250 was taken again on April 14, 2026. The reference numbers for these transactions are CE144DCCAE39 and 75431F24C82D. There were no similar charges before or after these dates, and I did not provide any consent or authorization for these payments.

I contacted Maya customer service regarding these disputed transactions, but I was told that nothing could be done, leaving me without any resolution despite clearly stating that the charges were unauthorized. I am very concerned that a company can repeatedly charge my card without my permission and that my bank is unable to assist in resolving the issue.

I am requesting a full refund of both unauthorized ₱250 charges and the immediate blocking of any future transactions from Hongkong Quxin Technology Limited on my Maya debit card. I expect this matter to be properly investigated and resolved as soon as possible to prevent any further unauthorized deductions from my account.
