Unauthorized Auto-debit Deduction To Hong Kong QuXin

I am a Touch ‘n Go eWallet user on iPhone and I have noticed that I have been charged RM20 on an auto-debit basis every month since October 2025. These deductions occur on the 8th of every month via “Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited” and I did not knowingly subscribe to, authorize, or consent to any such recurring payment. One of the transaction details is as follows: Transaction ID 20260607190000000000000820001796873. I believe there may be an unauthorized or hidden subscription linked to my Touch ‘n Go eWallet account, and this has caused me financial loss. I request a full refund of all RM20 deductions that have been taken from October 2025 until now and the immediate cancellation of this auto-debit arrangement. I also ask that you investigate how this auto-debit was activated under my account and take steps to ensure that such unauthorized recurring charges do not happen again.
