Hong Kong Quxin Deducting Money Monthly Without My Authorization

I am a Touch ‘n Go eWallet user and every month RM26 is being deducted from my balance under the name Hong Kong Quxin even though I have never subscribed to or knowingly activated this service. These deductions have been happening monthly since January 2026 and continue until now. I did not agree to any subscription or authorization for Hong Kong Quxin and I am not aware of how this service was activated in my account. This situation makes me feel unsafe using the app, as money is being taken without my clear consent. I kindly request that the service and the monthly RM26 deductions be cancelled immediately, and that all RM26 charges deducted from January 2026 until today be fully refunded to my Touch ‘n Go eWallet. I also ask for a clear explanation of how this subscription was started and what measures will be taken to prevent such unauthorized deductions in the future.
