Hong Kong Quxin Technology Unauthorized Charge Complaint

I am a Touch ‘n Go eWallet user on iPhone and I recently discovered an unauthorized charge of RM18.00 made on 19 March 2026 to Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited via Alipay+. In my eWallet history, this payment is listed under “IQ Test” by Touch ‘n Go. I noticed this transaction today while auditing my account. I did not perform any IQ test, nor did I click on any related advertisement, link, or subscribe to any such service around that date. I did not authorize this transaction and I was not informed of any subscription linked to it. For your reference, the transaction number is 2026031919000000000000240000230435. This is the only unexpected transaction I have encountered so far on my Touch ‘n Go eWallet. I kindly request a full refund of the RM18.00 charged for this unauthorized transaction and ask that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my account in connection with this charge be cancelled immediately to prevent any future deductions.
