Unauthorized Touch ’n Go eWallet Charge From Hong Kong Quxin Technology

On 11 June 2026, an amount of RM10 was deducted from my Touch ’n Go eWallet for a transaction labelled “Hong Kong Quxin Technology” even though I did not make any purchase, subscription, or download related to this company. I have no prior relationship with this merchant and did not authorise this payment. I request that this RM10 transaction be fully refunded to my Touch ’n Go eWallet and that any related subscription or recurring payment to Hong Kong Quxin Technology be cancelled and permanently blocked to prevent future unauthorised deductions. I also kindly ask for an investigation into how this charge was processed without my consent and for confirmation once the refund and blocking have been completed.
