I Need a Refund for an Unauthorized Hong Kong Quxin Subscription Payment

-Today I noticed that RM10 was automatically deducted from my Touch ‘n Go eWallet for a subscription under the name “Hong Kong Quxin,” even though I do not remember ever subscribing to or authorizing any service from this company. The payment appeared suddenly without any prior consent or clear information about what this subscription is. This situation has made me uncomfortable because the charge is unauthorized from my side. I request that this transaction be investigated, the subscription (if any) be cancelled immediately, and the RM10 that was deducted from my Touch ‘n Go eWallet be fully refunded to me. I kindly ask for a prompt response and resolution regarding this unauthorized payment.
