TrueMoney Wallet Unauthorized Deduction: Quxin Depression Test

I am a TrueMoney True Wallet user in Thailand and my wallet is registered with the phone number 0993729***. On 2 July 2026, an automatic payment of 50 THB was deducted from my wallet without my consent. In my transaction history, this payment appears under the name “Quxin.SCL-90 รุ่นพิเศษ” related to a “Depression test.” I did not authorize any subscription, recurring payment, or automatic deduction for this service, and I did not knowingly agree to any terms that would allow this transaction. I consider this a clearly unauthorized charge. I tried to reach out but have received no response so far regarding this issue. I request that you urgently investigate this unauthorized deduction, cancel any active subscription or automatic payment related to “Quxin.SCL-90 รุ่นพิเศษ” or the associated “Depression test” and refund the 50 THB to my TrueMoney True Wallet. I also ask you to ensure that no further payments are taken from my wallet without my explicit consent.
