Cancel Funtesto Subscription Request - Hidden Charges

I am writing to request the immediate cancellation of my subscription and to ensure that no charges are made to my account in the future in relation to your service. On 19 June 2026, I participated in an online quiz on your platform via the website https://www.funtesto.com/cs/1023. The quiz clearly advertised a “free 7‑day trial” with only a 1 Baht verification fee. However, the information that this would turn into a recurring monthly subscription of 50 Baht was hidden in extremely small text, which I consider misleading and deceptive to consumers. At no point did I knowingly agree to a recurring paid monthly subscription of 50 Baht, and I do not consent to any future deductions. So far, 50 Baht has not yet been charged to me, but I am dissatisfied and feel misled by this fraudulent and unauthorized subscription structure, and I want to prevent any future deductions. My registered email on the service is: rosec***[email protected]. The registration and transaction process took place on 19 June 2026 and the payment method I used for the 1 Baht verification was TrueMoney Wallet (Thailand). After realizing the issue, I immediately tried to protect myself by disconnecting the payment option on my TrueMoney Wallet. I have also emailed your support team more than three to four times requesting cancellation of any subscription linked to my account, but I have not received any response so far, which increases my concern that I may still be charged in the future. I therefore request that you immediately cancel any existing or pending subscription associated with my email address and ensure that no 50 Baht or other recurring fees are ever charged to my TrueMoney Wallet or any linked payment method. I also request a written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and that there will be no future charges. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider escalating the issue to the relevant local authorities and financial institutions in order to protect my consumer rights. I expect your urgent confirmation of the cancellation and written assurance that no further charges will occur.
