Unauthorized True Wallet Deductions Linked to Hong Kong Quxin Technology

I am a TrueMoney True Wallet user in Thailand and my wallet is registered with the phone number 0864299396. Recently, automatic payments have been deducted from my wallet without my consent, and I want this issue to be resolved urgently. On 10 June and again on 23 June, an automatic payment was taken from my True Wallet. One of the transaction references is 260623113302609Aj7m5. I did not approve or intentionally subscribe to any service that would authorize these recurring deductions, and I do not know which service or merchant is receiving these payments. With this complaint, I request a full refund of all unauthorized deductions, cancellation of any automatic payments or subscriptions linked to my True Wallet, and, if necessary, closure of the related service or authorization so that no further money can be taken from my account without my permission. I kindly ask you to investigate these transactions, inform me clearly which service or merchant they belong to, and confirm in writing that all future automatic deductions have been stopped.
