Quxin Charged Me But Service Failed And Unauthorized Fee Deducted
I paid a total of 91.12 to the application/service called Quxin, but I did not receive the service as expected and I could not complete my registration or use what I paid for. Despite the payment, I have not been able to benefit from the service at all. In addition to this, 50 THB was deducted from my TrueMoney Wallet without my consent and without me subscribing to any service. This charge is linked to the same application/service. I contacted TrueMoney Wallet support and they informed me that I must request a refund directly from the app owner. So far, my problem has not been resolved and I am dissatisfied both with not receiving the service I paid 91.12 for and with the unauthorized deduction of 50 THB from my TrueMoney account. I kindly request a full refund of the 91.12 I paid and the 50 THB that was deducted without my permission, cancellation of any subscriptions or services linked to my number or TrueMoney Wallet through this app, and blocking any future unauthorized deductions.
