Unauthorized TNG Charge by Quxin Technology Needs a Refund

I am using the TNG service provided by Quxin Technology, and on 14/05/2026 at 17:51:03, an amount of 10 ringgit was deducted from my TNG account without my approval or a clear explanation. This is not the first time I have experienced such an issue, and it has made me lose trust in the service. I have not yet contacted Quxin Technology or TNG customer service about this deduction. Through this complaint, I request a full refund of the 10 ringgit that was deducted without my consent, the cancellation of the TNG service linked to Quxin Technology, and a clear guarantee that no further unauthorized deductions will be made from my account in the future. I kindly request that this issue be investigated urgently and that my refund and cancellation be processed as soon as possible.
