I recently discovered an unwanted charge related to an IQ test from a company called Hong Kong Quxin Technology. The payment was deducted yesterday from my bank account via my Touch ’n Go eWallet without my clear consent or understanding of any ongoing subscription. I do not know the exact name of the app or product, but I did not knowingly agree to a paid subscription, and I was not properly informed that money would be taken from my account. I consider this charge unauthorized. I request that my subscription related to this IQ test be cancelled immediately and that the amount deducted be fully refunded to me. If a refund is not possible for any reason, I still want the subscription to be cancelled right away and no further charges to be made to my bank account or my Touch ’n Go eWallet.
