I Demand Refund for Unauthorized VPN Lumos Weekly Charge

I am using a weekly VPN Lumos subscription, and on January 13, an amount of 199 THB was deducted from my TrueMoney account linked to the phone number 09869289** without my confirmation or authorization. I did not knowingly approve this subscription renewal, and I only became aware of it after the money had already been automatically deducted.
This situation is concerning because I did not explicitly consent to any recurring weekly charge. The payment was processed through TrueMoney rather than an app store, which has made it even more difficult for me to identify or manage the subscription.
After noticing the charge, I tried to find contact details or support channels for VPN Lumos, but I was unable to locate any clear or reliable way to reach their customer service. This lack of transparency has made it impossible for me to resolve the issue on my own.
I request a full refund of the 199 THB that was deducted without my authorization. I also ask that this VPN Lumos weekly subscription be cancelled immediately to ensure that no further charges are made in the future. I expect confirmation once both the refund and cancellation have been completed.
