On 19/02/2026 at 10:27:02, an amount of RM 26 was deducted from my Touch ’n Go eWallet balance in Malaysia without my clear consent or understanding of any subscription. In the transaction details, it appears as a payment to “Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited” with the description “IQ Test,” Wallet Ref 2026021910110000010000TNGOW3MY171053561798049 and Transaction No. 20260219190000000000000820001213045. I do not know the exact name of the app or product, and at no point was I clearly informed that money would be taken from my account or that I was entering into a paid subscription. I consider this charge to be unauthorized, as I did not knowingly agree to any recurring or paid service. I request that any subscription or service related to this IQ test be cancelled immediately and that the full amount of RM 26 deducted from my Touch ’n Go eWallet be refunded to me. If, for any reason, a refund is not possible, I still insist that my subscription be cancelled without delay and that no further charges be made to my bank account or my Touch ’n Go eWallet under the name of Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited or any related entity. I kindly ask you to review this transaction, confirm the cancellation of any subscription associated with my details and provide written confirmation of the action taken.
