Unexpected Hong Kong Quxin Subscription Charge Through Touch ’n Go eWallet Needs Refund

I was charged for a recurring payment named “Skala Penilaian Kendiri SCL-90” through my Touch ’n Go eWallet even though I never subscribed to this service and do not want it at all.
A charge of RM18.00 was deducted from my Touch ’n Go eWallet on 09/05/2026 at 14:36:03 without my clear consent or approval. I do not need this service, I never knowingly subscribed to anything related to “Skala Penilaian Kendiri SCL-90,” and I was not properly informed that any recurring payment or automatic billing would be activated.
Being charged in this way without explicit authorization is completely unacceptable and has caused me serious concern regarding the security of my payment account and subscriptions connected to it.
I request that this unwanted recurring payment or subscription be canceled immediately and that the RM18.00 charged on 09/05/2026 at 14:36:03 be fully refunded back to my Touch ’n Go eWallet. I also request written confirmation that no additional charges related to this service will be taken from my account in the future without my clear and direct consent.
