On April 29, 2026, I noticed an automatic deduction of PHP 199 from my Maya e‑wallet under the name Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited. I did not knowingly authorize any subscription or transaction with this company and I was not informed in advance that any amount would be charged. I do not know how to contact Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited to clarify or dispute this transaction, and there was no clear explanation provided for this deduction in my account. I am concerned that this could be an unauthorized or recurring charge. I request a full refund of the PHP 199 that was deducted from my Maya e‑wallet and I clearly ask that any current or future automatic deductions related to this company be permanently stopped.
