Unauthorized Transactions By Hong Kong Quxin Technology Ltd
I am filing a complaint regarding repeated unauthorized deductions of 199 PHP from my Maya Wallet in favor of Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited, processed through Alipay+. These payments appear as transactions such as “You paid PHP 199.00 to Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited using Maya Wallet” and similar messages from Alipay+ that I do not recognize and for a service I never knowingly subscribed to. These deductions have been occurring monthly since around the third quarter of 2025 and continue up to today, with the most recent charge happening just a couple of minutes ago. I have no idea what product or service is being charged, I have never intentionally agreed to these recurring payments, and there is no clear information in the transaction description that explains what this is for. I therefore consider all of these 199 PHP deductions to be unauthorized. I have already called Maya customer service multiple times to ask about these transactions, but they also could not clearly explain what the payments are for. Despite this, the amounts continue to be deducted from my account every month, and I have not been given any concrete solution or way to cancel whatever is causing these charges. I have not yet contacted Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited or Alipay+ directly before this complaint because I was not even aware that I needed to do so in order to stop these deductions. With this complaint, I am addressing Maya, Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited, and Alipay+ jointly. I respectfully request a full refund of all 199 PHP deductions taken from my Maya Wallet by Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited via Alipay+ since around the third quarter of 2025, and the immediate and permanent cancellation of any subscription, auto‑debit, or recurring payment linked to my Maya account for this merchant. I also ask for a clear explanation of what these charges are, how this recurring payment was set up without my clear consent, and written confirmation from the relevant parties that no further deductions will be made from my account.
