Faulty Homend Robot Vacuum and Warranty Issues

Dear friends, I would not buy a Homend Robot Vacuum again. Don't waste your money; buy a lower model of a known brand instead. Make your decision accordingly. The product we bought a year ago malfunctioned. Despite a replacement being approved under warranty, they cannot provide a replacement product. Instead, they plan to refund the purchase price from a year ago. They will issue a decision for the refund, after which we have to claim the amount from the store where we bought the product. We'll see if the store pays us. In a country with 100% inflation, they are giving back the amount we paid a year ago. This means they don't honor their warranty. As a result, because they couldn't repair the product we bought a year ago, they decided to refund the amount we paid a year ago, and I have to collect it from the store where we bought it. If I don't accept this, they will send the faulty product back to me. They absolutely don't do product replacements, nor can they repair it.
