Homend Alex 1282h Robot Vacuum Keeps Failing - I Want a Refund

On April 22, I purchased a Homend Alex 1282h robot vacuum cleaner, and since the day I bought it, I have been experiencing constant problems. After creating a map, it vacuums once, then mops, but while collecting the dust it dumps it in random places. I sent it to the service center, and they said a part was replaced and the product was repaired, but it came back in even worse condition. When my mother is not at home, the robot vacuum starts operating on its own, moving around the house and getting stuck. These issues keep happening repeatedly. In addition, we have seen news on social media about robot vacuums catching fire, and we are worried the same could happen to us. I will send the product to service again, but this time I no longer want a repair—I demand a refund. If my refund request is not accepted, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee due to the sale of a defective product and the lack of proper support. The product is still under warranty, and I paid ₺7,600 for it. I urgently request that my problem be resolved and my refund request approved.
