Arzum Customer Service Damaged My Product and Demanded Extra Payment

I bought an Arzum robot with a 3+1 warranty, but I'm unsure about the specific coverage of the warranty for this product. The blade inside lifts while rotating, and the locking mechanism where the motor connects is malfunctioning. I took it in for service, but unfortunately, the factory refused to cover the issue. They informed me that I would have to pay ₺700 for the repair. Adding insult to injury, the service managed to damage the motor mechanism of the rotating blade and returned it to me in that sorry state. It's no longer functioning, and they insist they're not responsible, while also asking for an extra payment. It's evident that Arzum lacks confidence in its products, and I have no intention of being a customer again. I will make sure to recommend to my friends and family that they steer clear of purchasing Arzum products. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Ordu. It has been a major disappointment.
