Could you guys help me return something, exchange it, or get some of my money back? I bought the Carson Cream & Grey rug (SKU: RUSPCACG8X10) on sale, let's just say it wasn't quite the improvement I was hoping for in my living room. it was on sale but considering regular quality of your products, the material feels much thinner than I thought it would for an 8x10 rug. The pictures on the website made it look really soft, but it feels more like a sheet. Plus the edges are curling up crazy! I've used rug pads, weights, and everything else, but they won't stay flat. looks sloppy and possibly dangerous, like a place where someone could trip, not sure if it's worth it, even at the clearance price.
