My Vivense Sofas Remain Rock-Hard After 10 Months. Comfort Promised, Not Delivered

I purchased sofas from Vivense that are so hard they're practically unusable. We tested the same model in the store and found them comfortable. However, when delivered to our home, the sofas were incredibly stiff.

Despite the company's assurance that they would soften over time, even after 10 months, sitting on these sofas feels no different from sitting on rocks. When we reported this issue to the store, they dismissed our concerns, stating, "The product is classified as medium-firm, there's nothing we can do." They offered no assistance whatsoever.

This experience has left me feeling frustrated and deceived. The significant discrepancy between the store models and the delivered product is alarming. It's disheartening that Vivense refuses to acknowledge or address this issue, showing a complete lack of customer satisfaction.

I'm warning potential buyers to be cautious. Don't be misled by the comfort of in-store models, as you may receive a product of vastly different firmness, and you'll likely receive no support afterwards.
