JCPenney Rug Order Is Not Shipped, It's Been Over Three Weeks
still waiting on that rug I ordered from JCP three weeks ago, I call JCP, they send me to UPS, who then throws me over to USPS. It's getting ridiculous!I wish I could do another thing like canceling but I can't even return the darn thing because it's not here! I just want a straight answer – when will it get here? I asked them to send a proper update with a real delivery date, but the rep just shut me down. No cancellation, no info, nothing. stuck on the phone with customer service, each time a different person, especially since there's no JCP store near me, I don't know what to do,and honestly, the idea of paying extra for shipping on top of all this is just adding insult to injury.
