Holiganbet Took My Deposit but Did Not Credit My Account
Two days ago, I transferred ₺3,750 to my Holiganbet account with the username Nuroodm*** under the name Ömer O***. The transaction reference number is 5356301923. However, the amount has still not been credited to my gaming account, even though it was deducted from my bank account, and no refund has been issued. During this time, I tried multiple times to contact live support but received no response. When I attempted to withdraw money, the requests were repeatedly rejected. There are no restrictions or warning messages on my account. I made the transaction during the normal hours and through the official deposit section as stated by Holiganbet. I have never experienced such an issue before. I request that my problem be resolved as soon as possible and that the deposited amount be credited to my gaming account or refunded to me.
