Amount Debited From My Account But Not Credited To Wallet
On 18/06/2026, I made a deposit of 18,000 via UPI to my 91club account. The amount was debited from my bank account, but it has still not been reflected in my 91club balance. After noticing that the money did not appear in my account, I contacted 91club customer support. They informed me that the money was not received on their side, even though the amount has clearly been deducted from my bank. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that the 18,000 be credited to my 91club account immediately, as I have completed the payment and the amount has been debited from my bank.
