1win Shows Withdrawal Completed but Wallet Never Received Funds
My 1win account is registered in Argentina and on June 17 at 11:21 a.m. I requested a withdrawal of ARS 62,000 from my 1win balance to my Mercado Pago wallet. In the app the withdrawal appears as if it had already been transferred, but the money never arrived in my Mercado Pago account. Since that day I have been in contact with support for several days and I have opened around ten claims for the same issue. Instead of giving me a concrete solution, they repeat that the transfer was made, but they do not provide any proof. They asked me for my bank and Mercado Pago statements and I sent them everything they requested, updated up to yesterday, and they even made me send the statements several times. Even so, the money does not appear anywhere and they still do not give me a clear answer. I specifically asked them for the UTR/ARN transaction code or any document that proves that the transfer to Mercado Pago actually exists, but they refuse to provide it. Their last responses are generic phrases thanking me and saying they will review it, but they do not resolve anything and do not show evidence of the supposed transfer. I request that the ARS 62,000 be returned to me without further delay, either by immediately crediting the money back to my 1win account or by depositing it into my Mercado Pago wallet with proof of the transaction. I also ask for a clear and written explanation of what happened with this withdrawal and why, after so many days and so many claims, they still do not provide the UTR/ARN or any concrete solution.
